Condiciones de adquisición: ECO-FURNITURE RECOVERY In accordance with the regulation, Happy Garden adhered to " eco-mobilier ", eco-organism with nonlucrative goal in charge of the collection, of the re-use, of the repair, of the depollution and of the recycling of the furniture. In accordance with the texts in force, the cost of removal and treatment of the furniture at the end of life is supported by the customer through the eco-participation, according to the scale in force of the eco-organism. This cost is indicated on the online product sheet. 5.1 Registration to the register Allstore is registered in the national register of furniture element marketers under the number FR 029270. This number guarantees that Allstore, by adhering to Eco-mobilier, is in conformity with the regulatory obligations incumbent upon it in application of article L541-10-6 of the environmental code. The unique identifier FR029270_05M1AD, attributed by the ADEME, attests to the registration of Allstore in the register of producers of the EEE sector, in application of article L.541-10-13 of the Environmental Code. This identifier attests to its compliance with its obligation to register with the register of producers of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and the realization of its declarations of placing on the market with ecosystem. 5.2 Return of your used furniture or sofa during the delivery for the purchase of a new one Happy Garden proposes you the resumption of your old furniture for any purchase of a new equivalent product. In case you wish to take back your old furniture, we propose you to : - Either to deposit your used furniture in a waste disposal center or a collection point of proximity set up by the local communities - Or to drop off your used furniture at an "eco-furniture" collection point, the list of which can be consulted via this link: https://www.maisondutri.fr/livraison-et-reprise-de-votre-meuble/ - Or to give it to the deliveryman who will bring you your new furniture ordered on www.happy-garden.fr on the strict condition that you have specified this return before the purchase of the new product by contacting the Happy Garden customer service via this form : https://happy-garden.fr/images/formulaire-de-reprise.pdf When you buy a piece of furniture or a large sofa on the site www.happy-garden.fr, Happy Garden will take back your old large furniture at no cost during the delivery to your home, according to the following conditions: Conditions of return (in accordance with the Article R541-161 of the decree n° 2020-1455 of 27/11/2020): - The recovery of used products is made at the point of delivery - The sum of the edges of your old assembled furniture must be higher than 2m and for a net weight higher than 20kg - Used products that can be transported without equipment will not be taken back by the delivery company - The used furniture is equivalent to the purchased furniture (A 3-seater corner sofa must be returned for a 3-seater corner sofa purchased) - The return will be done on the principle of one piece of furniture purchased, one piece of furniture returned - The furniture will have to be dismantled before the trade-in: the panels will have to be removed; only the screws can be kept. The armrests of the sofas will have to be dismantled. The components of the used product to be taken back must be gathered in the same place, in an accessible way - The used furniture must not endanger the safety and health of the transporter - The return must have been reserved in accordance with the conditions detailed above and will take place at the time of delivery of the new product. - The carrier will be entitled to refuse to take back your used furniture if it does not comply with the conditions detailed above. All requests for trade-in of used products of the same type as the product purchased must be made prior to the purchase of the new product. Requests for trade-in of used products made after the purchase has been completed will not be considered.
Condiciones de devolución: El cliente tiene un derecho de desistimiento durante 14 días a partir de la recepción de su pedido, sin tener que justificar el motivo ni tener penalizaciones. los gastos de transporte de la devolución correrán a cargo del cliente. Para facilitar el procesamiento de su devolución, le invitamos a informar el Servicio de Atención al Cliente por correo electrónico a spv@happy-garden.es para obtener un número de devolución que tendrá que pegar de manera muy visible en su paquete. Es de su responsabilidad devolver, previa notificación del ejercicio de su derecho de desistimiento, sin demoras indebidas y a más tardar dentro de los 14 días siguientes a la comunicación de su decisión de desistimiento, el producto a ALLSTORE, nuevo, en su embalaje original, acompañado de todos sus accesorios, manuales de usuario o documento que acompaña al producto. La devolución de los productos se realiza a su cargo y bajo su responsabilidad por lo que el daño causado a los productos de los que solicita el desistimiento pueda impedir el ejercicio de sus derechos. Los artículos devueltos incompletos, rotos o dañados no serán devueltos ni reembolsados.
